Hey there! Thanks for dropping by. Here’s a bit about me.
As a professional illustrator, I have a passion for creating whimsical and imaginative paintings that stir up a childlike wonder. My work cherishes simple moments, inspired by my everyday experiences such as a bee sleeping on a flower or light filtering through a forest. Watercolor is my favorite medium because of its luminosity and softness.
I’ve always loved storytelling and gravitate towards picture books. It’s fun and nostalgic to reflect on the aspects of childhood, particularly how children view the world with imagination, wonder, simplicity, and innocence. Picture books have a powerful way of relaying simple but important lessons that adults can be reminded of, too.
My first illustrated picture book, “Possibilities” written by Cindy Boudreaux is available on Amazon and my first coloring book, Wildflower Friends, will be available next year.
Additionally, I love to explore other ways of applying my art like stationery, notecards, stickers and handmade magnets.
Consider joining my free newsletter, Artistic Letters, where I share creative reflections on my inspiration and art process.
